Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS

  •  Have a strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
  •  Capable of leading by example 
  •  Quick thinking
  •  Honest and truthful 
  •  Previous use of H&L POS system an advantage 
  •  Needs a strong drive 
  •  Team player - we need someone who can work with the team, as well as    guide and train staff. 
  •  Build relationships with guests 
  •  Previous experience in floor, bar and function service required
