As an Assistant Manager, you will support and assist the Venue Manager in high standard operations with a focus on delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience and culture of performance. While in this role, you will be exposed to all facets of a thriving hospitality business inclusive of gaming, food, beverage, and people to grow and develop your managerial skills in a hands-on role, coupling both FOH and BOH duties. 

Your Experience & Skills

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Passionate about customer experience and high standards of customer service.

• Hold a valid NSW RSA and RCG with the confidence to act on these requirements.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Venue Manager in daily venue operations and venue compliance. 
• Seek to ensure our exceptional venue standards are met regarding venue cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
• Assist in managing a team of bar, gaming, and food service staff members. 
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the venue.
• Cash handling and reconciliation tasks. 
• Complete daily reporting.
