An exciting position has become available for a full-time Assistant Manager at Haute Dolci,Leicester
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the unit in the absence of the manager. As well as maintaining the high standards of operational procedures in the unit through training and performance management.
Role Requirements

Role Responsibilities
• To ensure that the unit achieve the set targets through high standards of Quality, Customer Service, Cleanliness, and promotional activities.
• To implement the company’s promotional campaigns.
• To stand in for managers if necessary in times of sickness, holidays, days off etc.
• Ensuring the opening and closing of the unit and maintaining adequate security.
• To ensure all company’s operational procedures are followed correctly.
• To ensure that the unit maximises sales by total adherence to all Company systems and procedures.
• To ensure that the total menu offer is available in the units throughout trading hours.
• To learn all aspects of food preparation and production by working alongside team
• Members.
• To ensure that 100% of the menu is available, ready and on display by 12.00pm.
• To communicate effectively with all staff and senior management.
• To lead by example.
• To be responsible for all food safety and health and safety aspects in line with Company
• policy including standards.
• Ensuring security of staff, stock and unit.
• Ensure all staff and units are well presented and identifying and monitoring and remedial issues with equipment or units.
• Resolving any customer complaints or service issues.
• To ensure store keys are kept safe at all times and only given to authorised personnel.
• To ensure all employees are trained to a high standard an ALL aspects of the job And all
training are logged and updated correctly.
• To monitor and assess staff competency.
• To ensure all records kept in the unit is up to date.
• Ensure all daily and weekly paperwork is completed to the standard required
• Ensure all memos and instructions from the company or manager are action within the time scale.
• To report daily figures to senior management.

• Responsible for safe, keys and other security measures.
• Bank daily and check all documentation daily.
• To ensure till and safe float are maintained at the level authorised by H/O.
• To attend meetings and courses, as directed by the company.
• To be available in case of emergency.
• To present a professional demeanour at all times when dealing with all company employees and customers.
To carry out other duties and projects as requested by senior management.
