JOB DESCRIPTION

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the venue on your shift which includes opening and closing the venue, balancing all Monies, banking, and leading and assisting the team where possible. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who enjoys interacting with customers.
You will play a crucial part in the motivation and development of staff, ensuring the smooth running of the venue and creating a great guest experience.
