InterContinental Melbourne the Rialto is looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry. You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!
Your day to day:
Assist in preparation of all events ranging from small meetings through to larger conferences and banquets. Assisting in the smooth operation of all events, including replacing mis en place, replenishing stations, and providing a professional service to all guests.Ensuring the delivery of food and bevarge products for all banquets and events are delivered in a timely manner.
What we need from you:
The ideal candidate will also have exceptional teamwork, superior communication skills, high standard of personal presentation, ongoing commitment to quality to be able to provide a truly unique experience to our guests and have a warm and welcoming smile.
You must have the flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays. You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country and hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
