We're on the hunt for bartenders, floor staff and all-rounders to join the crew at Temperance Hotel – smack bang in the thick of Chapel Street’s action.

Affectionately known as Temperance, we’re a beloved local that does a bit of everything – we’re your go-to pub, your Friday night dance floor, your Sunday session courtyard, and your upstairs function spot. We’ve built a strong reputation for good vibes, solid service, and the kind of hospitality that makes people stick around – both our regulars and our team.

With plenty on the go across lunch, dinner, functions, and late-night trade, we’re adding a few more friendly faces to the mix. Immediate start available – we’re ready to trial as soon as you are.

We’re a 7-day operation, so there’s room to move with flexible hours and opportunity to grow for the right people.

We’re looking for team members who:

• Have some experience in a fast-paced venue

• Work well in a team (bonus points if you’re also good at laughing at bad jokes)

• Bring great energy to service and enjoy what they do

• Have a genuine interest in hospitality, people, and maybe even a boogie
