JOB DESCRIPTION

WANTED - BAR AND WAIT STAFF

Come join us at the Tap House @the Groundz! 

We have expanded our awesome venue and have numerous casual and part-time positions available including supervisor roles.

If you have a passion for customer service and working as part of a dymanic team, then we want to hear from you!

We are on the search for enthusiastic and driven individuals to work Wednesday through to Sunday (day and night shifts available), and for additional functions and events as required.

Successful applicants must be available to work weekends, be reliable and have a positive “can do” attitude. 

Personal Attributes

  • High level customer service skills
  • Must be well presented with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to cope working in a fast paced environment
  • Be reliable and have own transport
  • Current RSA

The successful applicant will report directly to the Operations Manager.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bartender
Bar Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Experience

  • Current RSA
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role
  • POS and till management
  • Cocktail making experience
  • Understanding of COVID safe plans
  • Food preparation skills
  • Supervisor or manager experience highly desirable

ABOUT THIS VENUE

Tap House @ Groundz Precinct

We run The Tap House, our outdoor family green space at the Groundz, this space offers craft beer, wine, cocktails, mouth watering alternating food truck options and live music every Sunday. The Tap House is operational Friday 4.30pm to 8.30pm, Saturday 12pm to 8.30pm and Sunday’s 12pm to 7pm. With live music on Saturday & Sunday's through Summer.
