O’Connell’s South Melbourne has been home to some of the city’s most well-known chefs including Greg Malouf, Cath Kalka and Adrian Richardson.

In addition to our training and career pathways, our online Academy – Mise en Place - can provide eligible team members with recognized Certificates in Hospitality, you will be able to work and study at the same time. These courses including:

REQUIREMENTS

If you have experience, we definitely want to meet you. If you don’t but are keen to learn, we’d love to meet you as well.  An outgoing, friendly and “can-do” attitude are the only prerequisites. In-house training, guidance and development will be provided by our established management team.
