About the Role:
Reporting to the Duty Manager, we are currently seeking Bar Attendants and Cocktail Attendants at our venue in Beecroft. Our Bar Attendants and Cocktail Attendants play a vital role in ensuring exceptional and memorable customer service to our members and guests. You must hold our passion for food, service and ambience. Fun is key too!
Joining The Verandah means you are part of Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Alcott, The Greens North Sydney, Seagulls at Tweed Heads, Norths Fitness and Revolution Fitness.
Your key priorities will be:
• Create, make and serve beverages quick and correctly. Ensure ingredients and measures are correct when making cocktails.
• Provide food and beverage to all guests (including: à la carte, cocktail, bartenders, barista service) and assist in specific event activities
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience for our members and guests
• Maintaining effective communication with all patrons and staff
• Actively supporting a range of Work, Health and Safety Compliance activities
• Complying with RSA/RCG and other required legislation and policies
• Assisting with management of stock
The Candidate:
• Full availability over a seven day week including weekends and public holidays
• A genuine desire to help people have a great experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certification
• Manual handling abilities are a must, combined with a love of being on your feet
• Double vaccinated against Covid-19
