Location: Soho Restaurant and Bar, Southbank

About Us:

The Role:
As a Bar Back/Glassy, you will be the backbone of our bar operations, ensuring smooth service and supporting our bartenders. Key responsibilities include:

• Washing and polishing glassware (glassy duties)
• Restocking fridges and spirit shelves
• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
• Assisting bartenders with general requests and setup/cleanup duties
• Ensuring a constant supply of ice and other essentials

What We Are Looking For:

• Availability: Weekend availability is essential (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts).
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
