Barback – Marmont (Crown Melbourne)

Marmont is looking for an experienced Barback to join our team. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and critical to keeping the bar running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our bartenders and supervisors to maintain high standards across service and pack-down.

What You’ll Do

• Keep all bar stations stocked with spirits, beer, ice, glassware and garnishes

• Maintain clean, organised work areas during service

• Assist with general restock, run glassware and support bartenders during busy periods

• Handle end-of-night breakdown, cleaning, and resetting the bar for the next day

• Follow systems and standards to ensure consistency across the venue

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a barback or similar back-of-bar support role

• Strong work ethic and ability to stay organised under pressure

• Fast, reliable, and confident working in a high-volume environment

• Team-focused, with clear and respectful communication

• Daytime, night and weekend availability
