JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of our venue opening team, we are looking for cellar staff and bar backs. This role is perfect for anyone who is looking to enter the hospitality industry in Australia. The venue offering will consist of a broad range of food and beverage products for the three levels of the venue, and experience in a similar large scale venue will be highly regarded. However, all training can be provided for the right candidates with a growth and development mindset and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. This will be an opportunity to work alongside some of Sydney's most exceptional hospitality talent.

Set over three levels, Jacksons on George will feature a modern, sophisticated public bar on the ground floor, a classic bistro on level 1 and a sun-drenched rooftop and cocktail bar. At Jacksons, we’re creating an innovative, exciting destination where the food and drinks will be simple and elegant, the service will be traditional and the atmosphere will be unforgettable.
