JOB DESCRIPTION

We're on the hunt for a new Bar Manager at Blind Tyger Leeds.

You'll come on board over the Christmas period to handover from the existing Manager to allow for a smooth transition whilst you learn the ropes before you fly solo in the New Year

A drinking den first and foremost, and drawing it's inspiration from the Victorian tradition of the Blind Tyger, we have a heavy focus on knowledgable table service and getting the best libations, both assembled and straight, from around the world into the hands of our guests.

We're looking for a motivated bartender with mangement experice (particular focus on shift running). A creative mind and the ability to deliver a comfortable and exciting atmosphere are paramount. You'll report to the site General Manager who will take care fo your ordering and weekly reporting so you can concentrate on the important task of continuing the tradition of delivering the offering of one of Leeds best cocktail spots.

Responsibilities will include helping to train and build your perfect team as wel as the ongoing challenge of developing our always updating cocktail menus.

REQUIREMENTS

-Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails

-One years management experience in any capacity

-Previous experience of menu development



Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
