We’re looking for a great Bar Manager to join our expanding family – one where people really are at the heart of what we do!

Some of the main duties of the role are as follows;

1. Leadership of the Bar Team- Lead a team that focuses on drinks quality and the needs of the customer and strives to deliver and exceed expectations.

2. Contribution Within the Bar Team- Deliver ‘nobody does it better’ bar service standards to achieve customer satisfaction at all times. Work with a positive attitude that builds trust and enjoyment amongst customers and fellow colleagues.

3. People Development- Continually seek to improve your performance through personal development, following team meetings and from your 1:1 Review feedback. Coach others, particularly newer members of the team to ensure standards are maintained, and they are able to deliver key tasks.

4. Financial Performance- Minimise wastage and stock loss or sales by working carefully and attentively; using correct proportions and taking full payment for all stock. Ensure correct staffing levels are in place in accordance with the level of business, to maximise drink sales and to achieve wage budgets.

5. Site Development- Work with General Manager, Deputy General Manager and other Team Managers to keep their site ahead of the curve, in efficiency and customer service.

Previous people management and hospitality/bar experience is essential.
