About the role

Evra Newstead is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to help grow our venue. We have been open for 1 Month and are now looking for someone to take our bar to the next level. 

What you'll be doing

• Manage the bar team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimise wastage
• Create and maintain beverage menus, ensuring they align with customer preferences and Evra's vision
• Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and health and safety regulations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the bar team
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities for the bar

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar management or similar hospitality supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and beverage trends
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in using data analysis tools to track and optimise bar performance
• Thorough understanding of liquor licensing regulations and food safety standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
