Magic Mountain Saloon is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team. Affectionately known as “Magic”, we are a vibrant and energetic venue in the heart of Melbourne, serving the perfect mix of Thai cuisine and a stylish bar scene. 

We are looking for a skilled Bar Manager to oversee all aspects of our bar operations including inventory management, menu curation and staff training. As our Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating dynamic and innovative seasonal menus that showcase your creativity and product knowledge. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure that staff are knowledgeable, and service runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for selecting a variety of craft beer and wines that appeal to the tastes of our diverse clientele.  

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bar management with strong leadership skills as well as a passion for all things beverage. You’ll be well-versed in service and have a genuine desire to guide a team towards success. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the inventory and managing costs while ensuring that our drinks remain consistent with our brand.
