Manly wines are on the hunt for a full time Bar Manager to complete our team, somebody who has a passion for wine, cocktails, overall bar service and can demonstrate excellent team leadership qualities.

Situated on the iconic Manly Esplanade, Manly Wine is favourite of locals for being a celebration of wine, fresh seafood and the Australian beachside lifestyle. From early morning lattes to late night cocktails, Manly Wine is an ideal spot to dine any time of day, 7 days a week gazing at the waves and enjoy an escape from the fast-paced Sydneysider lifestyle.

Must Have:

• Passion for the industry and committed to successful career in hospo
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong food, beverage & functions experience
• Experiance in Cocktail Menu development.
• Ability to communicate to a team effectively
• Understanding of stock control, performing stocktake and ordering of stock
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
• Initiative and implements ideas to improve overall service.
• Proficient computer skills
• Effective labour controls

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years experiance in a similar role
• Full working rights in Australia and valid RSA
• Flexible ability across day/nights and weekends
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Ability to take direction from Venue Manager and implement strategies 
• Ensuring all policies, procedures and standards are met and clearly communicated
