Nick &Nora’s is a cocktail and champagne bar that brings the golden era of
glamorous and decadent post prohibition soirees to the modern day - sky high over
Parramatta. 
The venue is located on the 26th floor of the V by Crown building in Parramatta,
seating up to 300 guests with 270° views of The Blue Mountains &Sydney Harbour
Bridge! We offer an in-depth selection of Champagne along with a back bar holding
a plethora of spirits and a huge whisky &cognac selection, and let’s not forget the
liquid nitrogen tap!
Our exceptional canapé style menu showcases the best in local oysters, world class
caviar, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie and the perfect tasty morsels to
compliment champagne or cocktails.

ABOUT THE ROLE 
About the role The Speakeasy Group is on the hunt for the right hospitality leader to
take the reins of Nick & Nora's in Parramatta! 
As our newly appointed Bar Manager you will be hands on during service as well as
managing the batching program. You will be working alongside an incredible team of
hospitality professionals where you will be able to carry on the legacy to push
growth, training and the right culture within the venue and team. To set you up for
the best success in your new role; you will receive, a comprehensive and well
executed handover/induction from our current Bar Manager and Beverage Creative,
Kayla Reid.

ABOUT YOU

•  5years + management experience in a similar role as well as living and breathing cocktails and spirits. 
•  You must be sociable and enjoy delivering a pleasurable and memorable experiencefor our guests. 
•  Excel in the management of team and guest satisfaction. 
•  Strong customer focus and have a passion for the industry. 
•  A high level of business, management and financial skills with a commitment of
• achieving outstanding results. 
• Commitment to not just your own progression but are committed to assist in
• progression of your team. 
•  Exceptional customer service standards. 
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping your cool.
•  Knowledge of beers, wine, spirits, cocktails at an intermediate level. 
•  A positive can-do attitude/work ethic. 
•  Able to work quickly and efficiently. 
•  Incredible communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Keen eye for detail. 
•  Organized and hard working. 
•  Proven leadership skills and a team player. 
•  Ability to manage a P&L, weekly budget, forecasting and COGS costing. 
•  Career minded with exceptional leadership skills.
