JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for an ambitious bar manager / bartender to start with the impetous to be trained up to being venue manager over the next 6 months @ Sneaky Possum

Beer, Spirit and Cocktail knowledge will put you closer to the top of the cue but zip and chirpiness behind the bar is our number 1 selection criteria

Food. Booze. Mates. Is our game.

Sneaky Possum has established itself in the Chippendale Bar scene, with a sit up front bar featuring rotating fixtures of the best Aussie craft beers on tap and in cans, fully stocked spirit and wine back bar, open kitchen, ‘outback’ lounge area and upstairs function/gallery space.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bartender
Bar Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Works well with other people and enjoys empowering all around them.

Keen to gain new experiance and trainning in venue management, we are a smaller bar/resturant so it would be the perfect oppertunity for someone whos interested in taking that next step of management.
