Bar Manager
What we are looking for
WSET Level 1 or above
2 years + experience as a Bar Manager
Ability to lead and drive a team
Passionate about training and development, not only for yourself and your own learning but for your team too.
A passion for and knowledge of premium spirits and cocktail offerings
Knowledge of the Australian and international market
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in this role working in a fine dining establishment
Detailed knowledge of food, beverages, spirits and wine
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends (we are open Thursday - Sunday)
