New Venue opening in Mid-September in Martin Place, Sydney.
We are looking for an experience Bar manager who is responsible for managing all aspects of the bar, including staff supervision, beverage program development, customer service, and operational efficiency. They ensure the bar complements the fine dining experience by offering a curated selection of cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages while maintaining a polished and professional atmosphere.

Key Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Several years of bartending or bar management experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale setting.
