The Albion

You will be part of the Albion Family as we pride ourselves in creating a workplace that is inclusive, fun, fast paced and engaging with room to progress. We will provide in-house and external training whilst providing you with the tools and knowledge necessary to excel within the venue.

We have a car-park on site, along with a very busy nightclub on the weekend, which will be re-opening soon, bringing international artists through the venue along with fun themed nights that the team dress up for! Plus tips!! 

The Role
With 3 bars spread across the venue the Albion are looking for awesome Bartenders to join our team. We host a busy nightclub experience on Friday & Saturday nights therefore weekend availability is vital!

We are looking for a legend that has strong customer service focus, knowledge. You must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and personable demeanor. Multi-tasking and attention to detail are necessary.

The ideal candidate would:

• be reliable
• have steady weekend availability,  
• have a strong motivation to learn & develop
• be guest experience focused
• have great communication skills
• be quick paced
• be able to work under pressure
