We are looking for passionate and outgoing full time bar staff to join our amazing team and independant wine bar in the heart of Leeds City Centre.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Pay starts at £10.18 per hour during probation and increases to £10.50 once you have completed the probation period.

As a bar team member, you must possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks.

We hire based on personality and proactiveness rather than experience.

Role & Responsibilities: 

• To prepare alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages for guests
• Service of champagne and wine
• Cocktail mixology
• Setting up and closing the bar
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages to guests in accordance with company standards
• Ensure that the bar, front-of-house, and other areas are clean and maintained
• Focus on representing a high-end establishment
• Hold the skills to understand customers, manage their expectations and ensure their experience is fantastic.
• Be well presented, charismatic and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of food hygiene
• Excellent customer service skills
• Have exceptional communicate skills and have attention to detail
• Be able to work as part of a larger team.
