We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Staff with cocktail experience.
As a member of the bar team, you must possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks to the bar and restaurant.
You’ll be able to interact confidently with your guests and build lasting relationships.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

The George Hotel in leafy South Melbourne is situated directly opposite the South Melbourne Market, with two light rail services only metres from the door. The first, the justifiably world-famous 96, runs along Canterbury Road, from the CBD and Southern Cross Rail Station to South Melbourne. Jump off at South Melbourne station, walk past the market and you’re there. Three minutes tops! The second runs a similar path, only along Clarendon Street — it’s the 112. (We know a song about that!). Get off at Coventry Street and we’re a two-minute amble down the road. We’re close to the river and we’re also an ideal launching point for sport at the Docklands or anywhere in the city — pre-footy drinks before a trip to the MCG are also our speciality!
