As a member of the bar team, you must possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks to the bar and restaurant.

You’ll be able to interact confidently with your guests and build lasting relationships.

Key to Success:

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction within the bar and restaurant
• Assist Bar Supervisors and Duty Managers in all day to day operations
• Previous experience mixing drinks and cocktail experience 
• Good knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails
• Willingness to learn and be a team player 
• Excellent presentation
• Good communication skills
• Able to use one's own ititiative 
• RSA Certificate
