We're Doju - an award winning 45-seater in the legal district of the CBD, known for hyper-seasonal Modern Korean cuisine, our elegant atmosphere, and our impeccable service.
As we move into the busy season, we’re now looking for a skilled and passionate Bar Supervisor to join our small, tight-knit team.
As our Bar Supervisor, you’ll sling some exquisite cocktails and work closely with our front-of-house team and sommelier to ensure a truly memorable experience for every guest.
The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in upscale restaurants or bars, boundless creativity and no problem with getting their hands dirty.
The position will be casual initially, 30-35 hours per week, with a full-time position definitely on the table. Starting pay will be either L2 or L3 F&B attendant depending on specific duties.
