The Opportunity: Bar Supervisor 

We’re searching for a Bar Supervisor who shares our passion for sustainability, creativity, and exceptional service. In this role, you’ll lead with heart, guide the daily rhythm of our bar, and craft experiences that connect people to place and to each other.

Your Role

• Inspire, guide, and develop a talented bar team.
• Oversee daily operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring seamless service.
• Curate moments - from music to mixology - that bring the bar to life.
• Nurture a safe, sustainable, and compliant operation in line with our brand values.
• Monitor stock and budgets with responsibility and intention.
• Drive creativity and sales through promotions and thoughtful activations.

• 3+ years in a bar or hospitality leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverages with a flair for mixology.
• A natural leader who thrives on energising and empowering a team.
• Passionate about delivering heartfelt service, even in the busiest moments.
• Organised, agile, and solution-focused.
• Well-versed in health, safety, and compliance.
