About the role

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and diverse Food and Beverage Supervisor for Rooftop Bar - BLOSSOM. This role requires availability for rotational shifts to supervise the delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our inhouse and public guests with an in-depth knowledge of managing dietary requirements. 

About you

• Previous experience in Hospitality is essential;
• Demonstrated skills in supervising a team;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Confident and has the ability to work unsupervised;
• Strong communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service;
• Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
