The Coppersmith hotel in South Melbourne is on the hunt for a bar supervisor
The Venue: A boutique luxury hotel with Accomodation, Bar, Bistro, Cellar and Rooftop function space
The Job: Pouring beers, shaking tins and ensuring a smooth service
The Pay: Above award and negotiable on experience and what you bring to the table.
The Team: Fun, hardworking and supportive
At present the venue is open from Tuesday to Saturday, however, we may open on a Sunday in the future.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality (attitude is worth it's weight in gold) and an eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive and knowledgable environment.
We are looking for someone who wants to get creative with one of the best stocked back bars this side of the yarra but most importantly wants the customer and co workers to have the most enjoyable time.
We're looking for someone, ideally, full time, but are also happy to be a bit more flexible with the roster
