We are looking for an experienced bartender to help lead Wylde Bar. We're looking for someone with an awesome knowledge of sophisticated beverages and cocktails to help us create memorable experiences for our guests. 

4-5 shifts a week, including the chance to develop your own cocktails. 

As this is an ongoing position, with minimum hours required, candidates on Work & Holiday visas and Student visas will not be considered. 

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the perfect candidate will have a strong focus on guest engagement, fluent English, a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and a hunger to grow within a thriving business. Previous bartending & cocktail experience is a must. 

ABOUT YOU

- 2 years experience as bartender in a similar environment (hotel, conference venue, restaurant).
- 1 years experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to work in a very fast paced, quick moving environment, often solo
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and going above and beyond
- The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills, including fluent English
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays
