We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Team at Manly Pavilion! Bar Managers, Bar Team Leaders, Bartenders and Bar Backs all needed and very welcome to apply. Full-time and casual positions available. 

As a member of the bar team, you must possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks. The cocktail list will be based on seasonal produce, house made syrups and infused spirits to deliver fresh and delicious drinks that are also easy to execute in the heat of service. Our wine list will involve only labels which are organic or biodynamic, with many selected from small Australian and international producers to keep things interesting! Out beer selection will be a mixture of Australian classics and craft beers. 

Manly Pavilion has just undergone a 4 month renovation and is now be operated by the Boathouse Group - the upper level of the venue will be a Bar and Dining space and will offer both dispense as well as counter service from the bar. We need talented and passion bar team members to shake cocktails, pour beers and send out delicious wines! 

Previous cocktail bar experience is preferred but not required! A willingness to learn and an ability to thrive in a team is essential however. Excellent customer service skill and a positive attitude are also key to success in the role.
