Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Cocktail Bartender/Bar Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, possess strong leadership skills, and have a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role involves crafting creative cocktails, managing bar operations, and supervising bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages to guests.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our drink menu and ingredients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering, restocking, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Create and suggest new cocktail recipes, staying updated with industry trends.
• Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cocktail Bartender and/or Bar Supervisor in a high-volume setting.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is preferred.
• Knowledge of bar inventory management and POS systems.
