JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking Bar & Wait Staff to join our team at the Coolangatta Hotel. As Bar & Wait Staff you will be responsible for supporting the team and Hotel Manager with the daily FOB and BOH operations of the Hotel.

The Coolangatta Hotel, lovingly known by locals as the Cooly Hotel, is located smack bang on Marine Parade directly opposite the famous Coolangatta beach. It is a relaxed, friendly beach front community where sun, surf and sand combine to create the ultimate location to relax and unwind. About You:

  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Previous experience as Bar & Wait staff within a similar environment
  • In depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Current RSA and RSG (or willing to obtain)
