CQ is currently looking for a new long term Bar/Floor Supervisor. Someone with a good amount of years in hospitality already and a few years as a supervisor or senior position
Must be flexible with day and night shifts, working most public holidays
The environment will range from quiet pub days looking after regulars and food service, to busy afterwork drinks and busy late night nightclub events.
We operate on 5 day working weeks, covering fulltime hours
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Must have:
- Cocktail experience
- Previous bar supervisor experience atleast 2 years
- Ability to look after booking admin and systems
- Look after medium - large team
- Must be able to work days and nights including weekends
