JOB DESCRIPTION

Hotel Regent Sydney is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar and Gaming Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the bar and gaming operations, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves managing staff, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bar Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous supervisory experience in a bar and gaming environment.
  • Valid RSA and RCG certifications.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
