Bar/Gaming Attendant at Riverwood Hotel

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Riverwood Hotel is looking for some more gaming attendants! Great pay and a fun workplace with a great team!

The successful candidates will have the following:

Hospitality experience in a bar / gaming industry is preferable, however, not essential.
Display a permanent focus on service and customer experience.

The Riverwood Hotel is looking for a fun, happy and bubbly person that will enjoy a fun work place.


Ability to learn the tasks required for this role whilst following Front of House procedures.
Has a reliable, honest attitude and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment, whilst working as a team player.
The right candidates must have excellent communication skills and be professionally presented and groomed at all times.
Passionate, committed and responsible staff is what we are looking for, as well as those who can be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, public holidays

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a valid RSA and RCG certificates
  • Must have ARCG qualification or willing to complete 
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • Must be flexible with availabilities able to work a range of shifts varying from 10am - 4am 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a collaborative environment
  • Provide patrons with exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a general cleanliness of the gaming room, bar and facilities 
  • Attend to service calls
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
