Bellakai are seeking a barista to join our team on the foreshore at Coolangatta.

Must have demonstrated -

• Experience making consistently great coffee at high volume
• Latte art skills
• Ability to multi task with making of cold drinks and using the till
• Fantastic customer service attitude

We provide job security through guaranteed set shifts, 5 weeks paid annual leave and 2 weeks sick leave.

Our cafe is family owned and run, with a hard working team, and supportive management environment.

We do not require you to work both weekend days and every public holiday. Our support of work-life balance has lead to a happy long-term team.

We can offer up to 35 hours per week across 5 set shifts.

We can also consider 2 or 3 set shifts if you are looking to balance your work with uni studies or other work.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
