JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a busy cafe seeking a competent and experienced Barista to join our warm and bubbly team. Successful applicants preferably will have worked in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment. 

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
  • You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
  • You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
  • In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in general cafe work including making Juices/Smoothies, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
  • Up to 30kg Coffee per week
