we are looking for a Experienced BaristaJoin our team of skilled baristas and help us create the perfect cup of coffee every time. Must have a passion for coffee and a friendly demeanor.v

Responsibilities:

• Preparing espresso-based drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas, according to customer preferences
• Brewing drip coffee, tea, and other beverages, ensuring that they are made to the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Maintaining an orderly and clean workspace, including regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment and tools
• Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations based on customer preferences
• Operating a cash register, handling money and credit card transactions, and making change accurately
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure that the coffee shop runs smoothly and efficiently, including assisting with food preparation and other tasks as needed

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role
• A passion for coffee and a desire to learn and improve your skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring that every beverage is made to the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
