JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a busy Drive Thru cafe seeking a competent and experienced Barista to join our team. Applicants preferably have worked in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment.

Positions advertised are permanent part time with up to 38 hours a week for the right candidates.  We have opened with a bang and require more staff to support our amazing customers.

While experience is not necessary, it would be a great advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
  • You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
  • You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
  • In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day, evening/early morning and weekend shifts
