Position: Experienced Barista
Location: Mulgrave Business Park
Hours: Full-time/Part-time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Working Hours: 6.30 am to 3.00 pm  - Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care
• Ensure consistent quality by following recipes and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests with a smile and offering recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista in a café or coffee shop setting
• Knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
