JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to recruit a superstar all rounder barista to join a small team of fun, passionate and dynamic professionals to provide great coffee, a friendly face and an unforgetable experience. This position is ideal for a passionate and motivated Food and Beverage professional who is interested in providing amazing food and beverage experiences and ideally has some barista experience under their belt.

This Position is for Australian residents only or applicants who have the legal right to work in Australia, visa sponsorship opportunities are not available.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will possess

High Energy, Positive attitude and outgoing personality
Ability to build rapport with guests
Attention to detail and a passion for customer service;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
High standard of personal presentation;
Valid RSA certificate;
Previous experience in similar environment highly regarded but not essential
Available to work various shifts, weekends and public holidays.
