We are looking for 2x experienced Baristas, who know their way around the kitchen and have exceptional customer service skills, as this role includes front of house duties also. Barista experience is essential.

Requirements:

Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary

• Ability to handle large volumes of dishes, including pots and pans
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises to a very high standard
• Assist other staff as required, especially during peak hours
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and Saturday shifts
• Be able to make coffee to a high standard.
• Have exceptional service skills when dealing with customers
• Be able to keep up in a busy, popular cafe environment

• In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
