About the Role

We have a fabulous opportunity for a casual Barista to join our team at The Boathouse Hotel Patonga to provide exceptional service to our guests with a focus on delivering quality coffee. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring service of coffee and other beverages is at a high standard; including pouring and presentation; 
• Ensuring area and equipment are clean, presentable and maintained according to company standards. Picking up glasses and clearing equipment efficiently;
• Cash handling and effective operation of tills and POS ensuring all orders are entered correctly;
• Perform duties required of FOH staff as required.

About You

To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have experience working in a similar specialty coffee role and high volume environment and also:
