JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate & highly skilled Barista to join our dedicated team in both Dee Why & Mona Vale.

You will be experienced but also have an open mind & willingness to learn new techniques.

  • Min 2 year’s experience in cafes as a Barista
  • Must have experience in speciality coffee, V60 pour over, single origin, reserve coffee. ONA experience preferred but not necessary
  • Able to work calmly and professionally in a fast paced cafe while maintaining high quality
  • Able to consistently deliver exceptional quality coffee
  • Own transport & willing to work between multiple locations on the Northern Beaches
  • Excellent attitude & team player
  • Excellent spoken english & communication skills
  • Ability to engage with customers to maintain & grow relationships
  • Willingness to learn new techniques & take part in ongoing training with Ona

30hrs - 40hrs + p/wk
Must be available weekends
Long term position
