We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Barista to join our opening team at Henry's Bread & Wine. Located in Sydney's newest dining precinct, this role provides a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new development where you will use your talent and experience to build a team for this premium coffee outlet. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about all things coffee and committed to providing an ultimate guest experience. You will have leadership experience in similar venues providing a high level of customer service, and are interested in growing your career in hospitality within a global organisation.

Your responsibilities as Barista will include helping build and nuture a new team for the outlet while assisting the restaurant management team in operations and general training. You will maintain service standards and quality of product while maintaining good relationships with all team members and building great team morale. Helping deliver great service and making sure our customers expectations are always exceeded.

• Love of Coffee
• Excellent Barista techneque
• You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
• Demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
• An eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
• Available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
• Exceptional time management 
• Work well under pressure
• Simphony POS knowledge preferable
• Current NSW RSA prefered
