JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for an experienced and passionate barista with excellent customer service and amazing skills on a machine.

Duties include:

  • Making up to 6kg per day (with assistance)
  • Setting dose
  • Adjusting the grind to pour a perfect extraction
  • Making quality milk and free pouring art
  • Making a connection with the regular guests
  • Register and cash handling
  • Adjust and maintain coffee machine 
  • High standard coffee making 
  • Handling ambient cabinets and service station
  • Handling stock and help with stock order 
  • Assist staff on floor if needed 

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Barista

Please note: No previous experience required for this job.

REQUIREMENTS

The right applicant must have;

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Coffee shop
  • Be confident working alone on the machine
  • Have ability to do high volume whilst maintaining quality


Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
