This is truly an exciting time for Luna Park! We have recently undergone one of the biggest upgrades of any park in the world, and we now require a barista to bring their love of coffee to our guests and staff. With multiple F&B outlets across the park from a retro gelato bar, to Hungry Horse dine in bistro and now our stunning waterfront café – Luna Lounge which is open to park guests and the general public, you’ll have no shortage of opportunities.

What you'll get to do

Your main focus will be to make the best coffee in the best location on Sydney harbour! But you’ll also get to;

• Help create and innovate our Retail F&B offering to entice and wow our guests
• Work cohesively with other departments and teammates across day to day operations and park events
• Continued review and improvement of Retail F&B policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with department standards, WH&S and HACCP and conduct audits to ensure that the department maintains the strictest hygiene and safety levels

• Experience and training as a qualified barista
• A willingness to constantly evolve to ensure we are working to best practice standards
• A high energy and fun approach to work
• The ability to maximise sales and minimise wastage
• Flexibility to work across all retail hospitality outlets in a fast-paced amusement park which has multiple styles of service including; table service, takeaway, app-based ordering, kiosks, bars, restaurant, coffee cart, and gelato bar
• Current working knowledge and training in HACCP and WH&S. HACCP accreditation training is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends and some evening shifts.
