The successful candidate could have:

- Barista Skills (Min 6 months)(can be taught)
- Latte Art preferable but can be taught
- Retail Sales Experience
- Chatty Outgoing Friendly personality
- Initiative, enthusiasm and drive
- Communication and selling skills
- Commitment to the role and a love of the hospitality industry
- An interest in or passion for coffee, chocolate and 

You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public

• You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
• You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
• In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
