JOB DESCRIPTION

Hello,

Our Ralph&Co hiring 1 part time  talented barista  20-30 hours per week (some of weekends) 1 year experience required. We are a family owned and operated cafe. Our coffee machine equipments: Slayer 3 group, Mahlkonig E65S GBW and  Puq press. Please drop your resume into our Camp Hill store or apply here! Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
  • You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
  • You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
  • In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
